Teya ID


You can log in with your Teya ID for any of our products and services using a single login. This means that you'll be able to use the same email for logging in to various Teya products.

New user and registration

If you’re just starting out with Teya, you'll be required to create your account. Just click on the Sign up button at the login page and follow the instructions.

  1. Enter the first name, last name, and email.

  2. Set the password and click on Create account.

  3. You'll receive an email in your inbox.

  4. Open the email and click on the link to verify your email.

Signing up as a new user with your Apple, Google, or Facebook account isn't currently possible – however, we'll be supporting this functionality in future. Currently, you can only use your Apple, Google, or Facebook account if you’re an existing Teya customer.

Important: if you can't find the email in your primary inbox, please check your promotions or spam inbox.

Log in as an existing user

  1. Enter your email into the Teya login page.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Enter your password and log in.

You can either log in using your email, or continue with your Apple, Google, or Facebook account.

You can only use this option if your Teya-registered email address is the same as your Apple, Google, or Facebook email address. If your registered email address at Teya is different, logging in with this option won't be possible.

Log in with Apple account

  1. Click on Continue with Apple.

  2. Log in to your Apple ID.

Log in with Google account

  1. Click on Continue with Google.

  2. Log in to your Google account.

Log in with Facebook account

  1. Click on Continue with Facebook.

  2. Log in with your Facebook account.

  3. You'll receive an email in your inbox.

  4. Open the email and click on the link to verify your email.

Next time you want to log in with your Facebook account, you'll no longer need to verify your email. The verification is only required the first time you log in.

Account migration to Teya ID

If you're a Teya user but haven't used the Teya ID login before, your registered email address has been/will be migrated onto the new login system. In most cases, passwords will not be migrated and you'll be asked to reset your password.

When logging in to your account, you'll be asked to confirm your email address and set your password. Use the email address you registered with for our products and services.

Steps one to four may vary slightly, depending on whether the product has verified email addresses in the past.

1. Enter your username or email and click Sign in.

2. Click Set up new login credentials.

3. Confirm your email address.

Note: If your email address is incorrect, you'll be asked to change it.

4. You'll be now redirected to the Teya ID login.

5. Enter your email address and click Continue.

6. Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your inbox.

7. Once verified, set a new password for your Teya login and confirm it by clicking Set password.

Important: if you can't find the email in your primary inbox, please check your promotions or spam inbox.

Note: during your first Teya login, you'll have to go to your email inbox and follow the link in the signup email that you'll receive.

Forgotten password

If you’re an existing Teya user and you've forgotten your password, you can reset it.

  1. Enter your email into the Teya login page.

  2. When prompted for a password, click on the Forgot your password? button below the field.

  3. You’ll be asked to enter your email address, then you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you've forgotten your password for your Apple, Google, or Facebook account, please reset your password directly on one of these platforms.

You can also enter your registered email address in the Teya login page without using your Apple, Google, or Facebook login. If you'd like to know how to log in or reset the password, read Log in as an existing user or Forgotten password.

Username change (email change)

To change your account name, access our Business Portal.

  1. Open the Business Portal.

  2. Log in with your Teya account.

  3. Click the user icon in the top right corner and select Manage account.

  4. Re-authenticate with your Teya account.

  5. You'll be taken to the Settings screen.

  6. Select Edit next to the account name to change it.


If you’re being prompted to log in to Teya, it means the product or service you're trying to access is now a part of Teya, and your old account has been migrated. All you have to do is set up the new password and you’ll be good to go! You can now use the same details for logging in to any of the Teya products and services.

If you’re an existing user, simply use the old email you've been using. You'll be prompted to set up a new password. If you’re unsure, use the email you provided to our sales team.

You can try different emails to see which one works.

Simply enter your registered email and you’ll receive an email with a link for setting up a password.

If you never received the password setup email, please try the following:

  • Make sure you used the right email address – not the one for billing, but the one your account is registered to.

  • Check whether you used the correct spelling when entering your email address.

  • Check the spam folder. Note: Gmail can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

  • Request another email.

  • If you've requested the email twice and you're using Gmail, check that it wasn't bundled with the previous one(s). Expand the thread of emails by clicking on the three dots at the bottom of the last email.

If your email hasn't arrive after these steps, please reach out to our support teams.

The system will warn you that the link has expired and prompt you to enter your email again. You can also go back to the product and start the process again by entering your email address.

If the email takes too long to arrive and the link is always expired, please contact our support teams.

You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot password, or alternatively wait 30 minutes for the lock out to end.

In some rare instances, it can take up to 10 seconds for the screen to change after submitting the email.

We store user emails in cookies for authentication. Please review the cookie policy on our website for more info.

As a part of our login flow, we offer social login options for smoother user flow and ease of access.

We divert the authentication flow to the social login providers, so you're redirected to their flow and then back to us after authenticating.

Yes, as long as the email on those accounts is the same. Going through any of the providers will authenticate you into the same Teya ID.

As of right now, this isn’t possible. However, we will be supporting this in the future.

Not at the moment, but we're working on this functionality.

Yes. During the social login flow, the provider will give you the option to choose what is shared.

Note: Choosing not to share the email will result in your account not being recognised.
