Business Portal is a web-based platform that allows you to manage your accounts and transactions. You can view your transaction history, settlements, and update your business account information through the Portal. 

The Portal is designed for users who use Teya payment solutions to accept card payments. If this includes you, you should have access to the Business Portal. 

Accessing the Business Portal

You can access the Business Portal through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Simply visit the Business Portal or our website and log in to your account to access the Portal.

The Business Portal is a free service for Teya users. There are no additional fees to use the Business Portal.

The Portal is designed to be mobile-friendly, meaning it can be accessed and used on a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. You can view your transaction and settlement history, update your account information, and perform other tasks from your mobile device, making it easier to manage your business on the go.

Settings on the Business Portal

Setting up multiple user accounts

You can create multiple user accounts for your business in the Business Portal, each with its login credentials.

1. Log in to the Business Portal.
2. Locate the ⚙️ Settings section (bottom left in desktop view).
3. Select the Team tab.
4. Click on the + Add Member button.

You can view and update the list of user accounts that have access to your business in the Portal.

Updating business account information

  1. Log in to the Business Portal.

  2. Locate the ⚙️ Settings section (bottom left in desktop view).

  3. Select the Company tab to update company information (address, contact).

  4. Select the Store tab to update the store information (name, address, contact).

Updating your user account information

  1. Log in to the Business Portal.

  2. Locate the User Account Settings section from the avatar menu.

  3. View and update your username, email address, or password.

Transaction history in the Business Portal

Transaction data is updated in real-time, so you can see your most up-to-date transaction history and details. To view your transaction history:

  1. Log in to the Business Portal.

  2. Locate the Transactions section (left-hand side menu in desktop view).

  3. Filter 🔍 transactions.

View the transaction details for individual transactions in the Business Portal, including transaction amount, date, card type used, and the event timeline associated with the transaction.

 

No, the export transaction data functionality is not yet available in the Portal.
