Order and payment

In the Teya POS app, you can process a sale in two ways: create an order and receive cash or card payment immediately, or hold the basket and charge your customer later. This gives you flexibility in managing your business.

The Sale section opens automatically when you open the app, but you can also access it any time on the Menu.

Make sure you're familiar with handling multiple orders of a product with additions. You should also be familiar with how to edit your ordered product and its additions. You can find more details in the sections below.

Example – if you want to order two burgers with two portions of onion rings, simply order two burgers and select one portion of onion rings. This will assign each burger with one portion of onion rings, so in total, there are two portions.
