Changing the Manager PIN
To change your manager PIN, please follow the steps below:
1. If you don’t remember the current Manager PIN:
- Tap the Menu located in the upper left corner.
- Go into the Menu and try accessing the Sales Overview
- Click on Forgot PIN
- You will be redirected to verify your identity and log in to your Teya Account to complete the verification process
- You can then choose between 2 options on the screen: scan the QR code, or open a browser and paste the link displayed
- After the verification, you will have the option of creating a new Manager PIN
2. If you remember the current Manager PIN:

Go into the Menu on the terminal.

Click on Device Settings.

Click on Manager PIN.

Click on Change Manager PIN.

Enter the current PIN — you will then be redirected to create a new one.
