Changing the Manager PIN

To change your manager PIN, please follow the steps below:

1. If you don’t remember the current Manager PIN:

  1. Tap the Menu located in the upper left corner.
  2. Go into the Menu and try accessing the Sales Overview
  3. Click on Forgot PIN
  4. You will be redirected to verify your identity and log in to your Teya Account to complete the verification process
  5. You can then choose between 2 options on the screen: scan the QR code, or open a browser and paste the link displayed
  6. After the verification, you will have the option of creating a new Manager PIN

 

 

2. If you remember the current Manager PIN:

  1. Go into the Menu on the terminal.

  2. Click on Device Settings.

  3. Click on Manager PIN.

  4. Click on Change Manager PIN.

  5. Enter the current PIN — you will then be redirected to create a new one.
