What is the Teya App?

The Teya App empowers small and medium-sized businesses to manage their operations on the go. With a user-friendly design, it offers tools for handling payments, tracking cash flow, and streamlining daily tasks, making it an essential companion for busy entrepreneurs.

How Do I Get Started?

For Teya Members

  1. Download the Teya App from your mobile device’s App Store:

  2. Log in using your Teya ID by entering the email and password associated with your business
  3. Once logged in, you will have access to your personalised dashboard.

For New Users

  1. Download the Teya App from your mobile device’s App Store.
  2. Sign up for one of our products directly through the app:
  3. Create a Teya ID by entering your business's preferred email and defining a password for it.

Is There a Cost?

No, the Teya App is completely free to use. There are no extra or hidden fees.

Can I Manage Multiple Stores?

If you manage more than one store, the Teya App allows you to view all of them in one place. Here is how to switch between stores:

  1. Open the Teya App.

  2. At the top left of the screen, tap the company selector to switch between different businesses you manage.

Once you are within a selected company, you can explore detailed sales, transactions, and settlements using the store filter available on relevant pages. This allows you to focus on data from a single store or group results across multiple stores - giving you flexible, tailored insights into your business performance.

Please note: The Teya App is only available on mobile devices.
