How Do I Get Started?
For Teya Members

Download the Teya App from your mobile device’s App Store:
- Log in using your Teya ID by entering the email and password associated with your business
- Once logged in, you will have access to your personalised dashboard.
For New Users
- Download the Teya App from your mobile device’s App Store.
- Sign up for one of our products directly through the app:
- Create a Teya ID by entering your business's preferred email and defining a password for it.
Is There a Cost?
No, the Teya App is completely free to use. There are no extra or hidden fees.
Can I Manage Multiple Stores?
If you manage more than one store, the Teya App allows you to view all of them in one place. Here is how to switch between stores:
Open the Teya App.
At the top left of the screen, tap the company selector to switch between different businesses you manage.
Once you are within a selected company, you can explore detailed sales, transactions, and settlements using the store filter available on relevant pages. This allows you to focus on data from a single store or group results across multiple stores - giving you flexible, tailored insights into your business performance.
