How Do I Get Started?
For Teya Members
- Download the Teya App from your device’s App Store:
- Log in using your Teya ID by entering the email and password associated with your business
- Once logged in, you will have access to your personalized dashboard.
For New Users
- Download the Teya App from your device’s App Store.
- Sign up for one of our products directly through the app:
- Create a Teya ID by entering your business preferred email and define a password for it.
Is There a Cost?
No, the Teya App is completely free to use. There are no extra or hidden fees.
Can I Manage Multiple Stores?
If you manage more than one store, the Teya App allows you to view all of them in one place. Here is how to switch between stores:
- Open the Teya App.
- On the main dashboard, click on the store name at the top left of the screen;
- Select the store you want to view from the list.
