You can log in with your Teya ID for any of our products and services using a single login. This means that you'll be able to use the same email for logging in to various Teya products.

New user and registration

If you’re just starting with Teya, you will be required to create your account.

You will be sent an email to start your registration and you just need to click on the link provided to verify your email to finalise the registration process.

If you can't find the email in your primary inbox, please check the spam and promotions folders.

For the registration, it's necessary to:
  • Sign up and provide first name, last name and email address;
  • Set a password;
  • Verify the email address provided.

How to reset the password?

  1. Enter your email into the Teya login page;
  2. When prompted for a password, click on the Forgot your password? button;
  3. You will be asked to enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on the next steps.

FAQs

  • If you’re being prompted to log in to Teya, it means the product or service you're trying to access is now a part of Teya, and your old account has been migrated. All you have to do is set up the new password and you’ll be good to go! You can now use the same details for logging in to any of the Teya products and services.
  • If you’re an existing user, simply use the old email you've been using. You'll be prompted to set up a new password. If you’re unsure, use the email you provided to our sales team.
  • You can try different emails to see which one works.
  • Simply enter your registered email and you’ll receive an email with a link for setting up a password.
  • If you never received the password setup email, please try the following:
    • Make sure you used the right email address your account is registered to.
    • Check whether you used the correct spelling when entering your email address.
    • Check the spam folder. Note: Gmail can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
    • Request another email.
    • If you've requested the email twice and you're using Gmail, check that it wasn't bundled with the previous one(s). Expand the thread of emails by clicking on the three dots at the bottom of the last email.
    If your email hasn't arrive after these steps, please reach out to our support teams.
  • The system will warn you that the link has expired and prompt you to enter your email again. You can also go back to the product and start the process again by entering your email address.If the email takes too long to arrive and the link is always expired, please contact our support teams.
  • You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot password, or alternatively wait 30 minutes for the lock out to end.
  • In some rare instances, it can take up to 10 seconds for the screen to change after submitting the email.
  • We store user emails in cookies for authentication. Please review the cookie policy on our website for more info.
  • We divert the authentication flow to the social login providers, so you're redirected to their flow and then back to us after authenticating.
  • Yes, as long as the email on those accounts is the same. Going through any of the providers will authenticate you into the same Teya ID.
  • As of right now, this isn’t possible. However, we will be supporting this in the future.
  • Not at the moment, but we're working on this functionality.
  • Yes. During the social login flow, the provider will give you the option to choose what is shared.
    Note: Choosing not to share the email will result in your account not being recognised.
