We aim to deliver your terminal within 24 hours however, this can take up to 48 hours from the moment your application is completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification via email and SMS sent by our courier partner, DPD. This notification will contain your order tracking information, and you can use it to update your preferred delivery time, and address, or leave any specific instructions.

Typically, this email or SMS takes up to 2 hours to be sent and may occasionally be classified as spam. Please ensure to check all your inboxes, including spam folders.

If you haven't received it after 24 hours and wish to, feel free to contact our support team via chat.

Terminal Exchanges

We understand the importance of providing timely solutions, especially when it involves essential equipment like your card machine. That's why we offer an exchange service if your device is faulty, ensuring you don’t have to wait around for repairs.

Exchanges follow the same process as terminal deliveries, and you simply need to indicate a preferred pick-up slot. Our customer support and courier partner will take care of the rest.

Exchanges can be arranged for the next day if requested before 3 pm. Requests made after this time will be fulfilled the following day.

Finally, ensure you have your old terminal ready, as the courier will pick this up at the same visit.

I missed my parcel delivery, how can I reschedule it?

If you need to reschedule the delivery, please refer back to the tracking email or SMS, follow the link, and you will find the instructions on the courier's website.

It’s been more than 2 days and my parcel did not arrive. What should I do?
