You can issue refunds for transactions processed through any Teya device using the Teya App.
Follow these steps to issue a refund:

Open the Teya App on your phone.

Enter your passcode to log into your account.

Navigate to the Home or Sales section.

Find the Transaction section.

Locate the transaction you want to refund by scrolling through the list or using filters.

Tap on the desired transaction.

Select Issue Refund.

Choose whether to issue a total or partial refund by entering the refund amount.

Tap Issue Refund to proceed.

Confirm the refund using your biometric authentication or passcode.

If the refund is successful, the transaction status will update from Payment Approved to Payment Void or Refund Approved.
If the refund is unsuccessful, the status will change to Refund Declined. For more information on transaction statuses, refer to this article.
For partial refunds, the remaining balance of the original transaction will be available for future refunds. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days to process, depending on your customer's bank.
