How to Manage Your Preferences in the Teya App

Settlement Reports
You can choose to opt in or opt out of receiving daily and monthly settlement reports by email.
Updating settlement reports in the app can be done by following these steps:
To update your preferences:
- Open the Teya App.
- Tap Explore (bottom right).
- Navigate to Settlement & Accounts & access Configure Reports.
- Toggle the frequency settings to enable or disable daily/monthly reports.
- You can also manage report recipients in the same section under "Who is going to receive this?"
Chargeback Notifications
To add or update recipients:
- Open the Teya App.
- Tap Explore.
- Navigate to Settlement & Accounts & access Configure Reports.
- Under Chargeback: click +Add email to specify a recipient for chargeback notifications.
Managing Preferences in the Teya Business Portal
To manage settlement report preferences:
- Go to the Settlements section.
- Toggle to enable or disable daily/monthly reports.
- Add or edit recipients as needed.
