Why Can’t I Process Refunds?

If you're seeing the error message: "Your balance has reached its negative limit", it means your account currently has a negative balance—there isn’t enough money in your account to cover the refund.

How Can I Fix This?

To resume processing refunds, you have two options:

  • Complete more sales using your card machine. This will bring your balance back into the positive.

  • If you're not actively using your terminal but want to clear the negative balance, contact our Customer Relations team for help.

How Can I Avoid This in the Future?

Always check your balance before issuing a refund. Ensuring your account has a positive balance will help you avoid refund errors and service interruptions.
