Why Can’t I Process Refunds?
If you're seeing the error message: "Your balance has reached its negative limit", it means your account currently has a negative balance—there isn’t enough money in your account to cover the refund.

How Can I Fix This?
To resume processing refunds, you have two options:

Complete more sales using your card machine. This will bring your balance back into the positive.

If you're not actively using your terminal but want to clear the negative balance, contact our Customer Relations team for help.

Always check your balance before issuing a refund. Ensuring your account has a positive balance will help you avoid refund errors and service interruptions.
