To keep your money safe, we have set specific limits on certain actions. We have made them flexible enough that you shouldn’t have to worry about hitting them.
The account limits are based on your expected annual sales turnover with Teya, which refers to the total amount of sales you process annually using the Teya card machine. If you would like to request an amendment to your limits, get in contact with our support team through the available channels.
If your annual sales turnover is lower than £60,000, the following limits apply to you

Where can I find my limits on the app?
As of now, you will only be able to see your transfer limits in the app: head to the Transfer tab and select a recipient. Click on Send money and you will see a screen with the option to See transfer limits. By clicking on it, a pop-up will show your maximum transfer amount, your daily transfer limit and what you spent already on that day and month.
