How do I view or change the PIN for my Teya Business debit card?

You will need your card PIN to make payments at certain card terminals. If you have forgotten it or want to change it you can easily do that from the Teya App or at an ATM. 

To view your card PIN

1. Open the Teya App and go to Business Account;
2. Go to the Cards tab;
3. Select the card you want the PIN for;
4. Tap Manage > View PIN;
5. Enter your app passcode to reveal the PIN. 

💡 Tip: If you are having trouble remembering your new PIN, you can always come back to the app to view it.

To change your card PIN

Visit any ATM and follow these steps:

1. Insert your card;
2. Enter the current PIN;
3. Select Change PIN;
4. Choose a new PIN and confirm it.
