Teya Business Account Info & Docs

Need to know how to find your Business Account information and important documents, such as account details, statements, and linked accounts? We will walk you through you with step-by-step guides below.

Finding your account details

1. Open the Teya app and go to Business Account;
2. Go to the Info & docs tab;
3. Under Details you will find your sort code, account number, and company name.

Accessing and downloading your monthly statements

Statements will only appear on the app at the end of each month. You can download your monthly statements onto your phone, desktop, or to share via WhatsApp and email.

1. Open the Teya app and go to Settings;
2. Select Invoices and statements;
3. You can filter your statements by year using the filter box in the top right;
4. Tap the download icon next to the relevant statement.

Managing your linked accounts
Here you will be able to view and manage any integrations with third party apps that you have given access to.
