In Teya, the closing process is automatic for your convenience. However, we understand that businesses may operate outside regular hours or have several shifts, needing manual closure before the automatic cutoff time of 5 am GMT.
How to print/save your End of Day Report or Sales Overview?
- Tap the Menu located in the upper right corner.
- Select Summaries.
- Enter the predefined Manager PIN.

Select the date and time for the specific sales overview you want to view.
- If you have multiple terminals, click on "This terminal" and choose the terminals you'd like to include in the overview.

After selecting your preferences, choose to Print or Save to History.

To view previously saved overviews, click on History.
- Additionally, in the Setting option on the top right corner, you can change the default starting time to match your business hours and set automatic saving.
Please note: You can save or print sales overviews from previous days or months at any time.
Also note that if you haven’t processed transactions on a given day, the summary will present the following message and you will not be able to close the day: “This current summary doesn’t have any transactions yet”.
Why does my settlement amount differ from what i see here?
The displayed sales amounts do not include fees and represent gross figures. Also, the sales overview period may not match the settlement cut-off time.
