How Can I Use the Sales Overview?

The Sales Overview is a feature on your terminal that provides a quick, summarised view of your store's sales performance. It helps you track daily activity, manage shift reporting, and access historical sales data.

What Can I See in the Sales Overview?

When you open the Sales Overview, you’ll see:

  • Total number of transactions

  • Total sales value

  • Card type breakdown (including Meal Voucher splits in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary)

Use the time picker to adjust the period shown.

How Do I Track My Store’s Daily Sales?

You can check the Sales Overview at any point to view sales from your Default Starting Time. This gives you a clear view of sales performance during your trading hours.

How Can I Print a Sales Summary?

To print a physical record of your sales:

  1. Select the time range using the time picker.

  2. Tap “Save to History.”

  3. Print the saved summary.

Note: If the terminal’s battery is 15% or lower, printing is disabled. Please connect it to a charger and try again.

How Do I Record Sales for Staff Shifts?

Sales Overview supports easy shift tracking:

  1. Adjust the time range to match the shift duration.

  2. Tap “Save to History” to log the shift (printing is optional).

  3. The next shift will automatically start from the previous shift’s end time.

Can I Set Closures to Happen Automatically?

Yes. Your terminal automatically saves all sales every 24 hours at your Default Starting Time. You can:

  • View auto-saved entries in the Sales Overview History

  • Change the Default Starting Time in the Settings

  • Turn off automatic saving if needed

Each terminal saves its own data. If you want a closure across multiple terminals, you must use manual saving.

Can I Save Closures Manually?

Yes. To perform a manual closure:

  1. Select the desired time range using the time picker.

  2. Tap “Save to History” to record and print the summary.

How Can I Review Past Sales and Closures?

All closures made in the last 30 days (from the previous “Summaries” feature) are now stored in Sales Overview History. Use the time picker to review data from any custom time period.

Do I Need to Reset My Closure Time in Sales Overview?

No. If you previously requested a custom closure time, it has been automatically applied as your Default Starting Time in Sales Overview. You can adjust this in Settings at any time.

Why Don’t the Sales Totals Match My Settlement?

The Sales Overview displays gross sales (before any deductions). Your final settlement may differ due to:

  • Fees not reflected in Sales Overview

  • Differences between the selected sales period and your actual settlement cycle
