The Teya App allows you to efficiently manage collaborators and control their access levels, ensuring smooth team coordination.
Access Levels
There are three access levels in the Teya App:
- Owner: This level is assigned to the legal representative of the business. The Owner has the highest level of access, with the ability to perform all tasks available to Admins and Employees, as well as manage the entire platform.
- Admins: Admins have comprehensive access to the platform. They can perform all tasks, including managing sensitive information such as bank accounts, modifying account details, and processing refunds.
- Employees: Employees have basic access to the app. They can view information and accept payments via Teya Tap on Android devices.
How Do I Add a Member?
- Go to Settings;
- Select Teams and permissions to view current roles;
- Click + Add member and complete the required fields;
- The invited person will receive an email to finalize their sign-up.
How Do I Remove a Member?
- Go to Settings;
- Select Teams and permissions;
- Locate the person’s name;
- Click on the three dots next to the member’s name;
- Select Remove.
