If you are an account owner or admin and wish to update your business information, you can do so through the Teya App.
What Information Can Be Changed?
Changes can be made at both the account and store level. For each store associated with your account, the following information can be updated:
- Store Name (This will also update the name on your receipts)
- Store Address
- Communication Email
- Phone Number
How to Update Store Information?
- Open the Teya App;
- Enter your predefined passcode;
- Go to Settings;
- Select Business Information;
- Scroll down to locate the store you wish to update;
- Click on the store you wish to modify;
- Click the edit button next to the field you wish to change and enter the updated information;
- Select Save to confirm the changes.
Account-Level Changes
At the account level, only the address can be updated directly through the app. For any other modifications, please contact Teya through the available support channels.
Why Can’t I Change My Bank Account Details?
Changing bank account details involves sensitive information. To update your bank details, please contact Teya directly. You may be required to provide additional documents for verification purposes.
