Why can’t I download the app?
The Teya App is available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store for devices running at least iOS 16.1 or Android 12.
Why didn’t I receive the SMS verification?
If you did not receive the SMS verification, please ensure that your phone number is correct and that you have an EU number.
What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?
The verification email may have been routed to your Spam or Junk folder. Please, check all your inboxes. If the email is still not found, contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
Why isn’t my app showing all my stores?
If your app is not displaying all your stores, please reach out to our Customer Support team via the available channels.
Why don’t I see my sales details?
- If you are a new member and have not yet completed any transactions, there will be no sales data or details available.
- If you have been using Teya for some time and have completed transactions, but no sales data is appearing within the selected date range, you may need to adjust the filter settings. By default, the app displays daily sales data. To modify this:
- Click on the Today button;
- Select a broader time frame that includes your recent transactions.
If sales data not appear after adjusting the time frame, try refreshing the page by pulling it down.
If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app.

Why don’t I see certain transactions?
The app's settlement cycle operates from 3:30 am. Transactions made after midnight may not immediately correspond to settled transactions.
To view the details of each settlement payout:
- Go to the Settlements section.
- Click on the arrow next to the desired day.
- Scroll down to view all the transactions included in that settlement.
If a specific transaction is not found in the following day’s settlement, please contact our Customer Support team.
