Having trouble with the Teya App? Below you’ll find solutions to the most common issues, along with tips to help you get started smoothly.

Why Can’t I Download the App?

The Teya App is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To download it, your device must be running at least:

  • iOS 16.1 for Apple devices

  • Android 12+ for Android devices

Didn't Receive the SMS Verification?

If you're not receiving the SMS verification code:

  • Double-check that your phone number is correct

  • Make sure you are using a valid mobile number

If the issue persists, try restarting your phone and requesting a new code.

Didn't Get the Verification Email?

Sometimes, verification emails can end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check all your inboxes.

If you still can't locate the email, contact our Customer Support team for help with verifying your account.

Why Don’t I See My Sales Data?

There are a few possible reasons for missing sales information:

  • New Account: If you haven’t processed any transactions yet, there won’t be any sales data to display.

  • Date Filter: The app shows daily sales by default. If you're checking outside the current day, the results may appear empty.

To view your sales for a different time period:

  1. Tap the Today button at the top of the screen

  2. Select a wider time range that includes your recent transactions

  3. Refresh the page by swiping down on the screen

If your sales still aren’t showing:

  • Try deleting and reinstalling the app
