How to order and activate your physical debit card

Your Teya Business Account gives you the flexibility of both physical and virtual cards. Here is how to get started with your physical card.

To order your physical card

1. Open the Teya App and go to Business Account;
2. Tap the Cards tab;
3. Under Physical, tap Order New;
4. If the delivery address on the screen is correct, select Confirm and Order. If you prefer to deliver it elsewhere, select Change address, enter the preferred address and select Confirm and Order.

Your card will arrive within approximately 10 working days.
If you haven’t received it by then, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

In the meantime, you can create a virtual card to use for online purchases or add to your digital wallet.

To activate your physical card

1. Open the Teya App and go to Business Account;
2. Go to the Cards tab;
3. Select the physical card and tap Activate card;
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card number and your Teya Business passcode.

Your card is now ready to use!
