How to set up Direct Debits with your Business Account

Direct Debits help automate regular payments - giving you peace of mind and better control.

Set up a Direct Debit

  1. Choose the service provider you want to pay via Direct Debit; 
  2. In their platform, enter your Teya Business Account sort code and account number;
  3. Confirm the setup with the provider.

You should receive a confirmation email from the service provider once the Direct Debit is active.

💡 We will also notify you in the Teya App when a new Direct Debit is scheduled.

Need to cancel a Direct Debit on the Business Account?

  1. Log in to your Business Account.

  2. Go to Transfers.

  3. Select Scheduled.

  4. Under Direct Debit, find and select the one you want to cancel.

  5. Click Cancel.
