I believe my account has been subject to fraud. What should I do?
If you believe your Business Account has been compromised, it's important to act quickly to protect your funds. To prevent further unauthorised use, we recommend freezing all physical and virtual cards.Follow these steps immediately:

Open the Teya App

Go to the Accounts section

Navigate to the Cards tab

Select each card and tap Freeze
If you identify a suspicious transaction, contact Customer Support. They will advise you on the next steps, which may include initiating a chargeback.
Why is my transaction still pending?
Payments generally take 3 but can take up to 7 business days to complete, so it is likely your transaction is still being processed. Almost all debit card purchases will immediately show as pending in your account while the transaction is being processed.
Can't complete an online payment?
Double-check that:
- Your card details have been entered correctly.
- Your card is Active and has sufficient balance;
- The billing address matches your account;
- 3D Secure (One Time Password) has been entered correctly, if prompted.
