Having trouble sending money out?

If you are unable to transfer money from your Teya Business Account, here are a few things to check:

  • Sufficient balance - Make sure your account has enough funds to cover the transfer;
  • Correct recipient details - Double-check the sort code and account number;
  • Transfer limits - Ensure you haven't exceeded your limits.

💡 Note: Teya Business Account currently do not support international transfers.

Waiting for a bank transfer to arrive?

Incoming bank transfers typically are instant however in some cases can take up to 1 working day. If you haven't received the funds after that:

  • Ask the sender to confirm the payment was processed on their end;
