If you notice a suspicious transaction or were charged for something you didn't receive, we are here to support you. Depending on the case, we may be able to initiate a chargeback or guide through the next steps.

Reach out to the business

Contacting the merchant directly is often the fastest way to resolve a charge or refund.

Request a chargeback

If that is not possible, you can complete the attached form and send it to help@teya.com with the subject Business Account chargeback request.

⏳ Processing time: Chargebacks can take up to 60 days to process. While we do our best to support your request, success is not guaranteed.

Need a refund?

Refunds must be initiated by the business where the purchase was made. Teya cannot issue refunds directly to your account.
