The quickest way to resolve a billing issue or request a refund is often by reaching out directly to the business where you made the purchase.

If contacting the merchant doesn’t work, our Customer Support team is ready to assist. We’ll guide you through the process of filing a chargeback.

Please note: Chargebacks can take up to 60 days to process. While we strive to support every request, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

Looking for a Refund?

Refunds must be issued by the business where the purchase was made. Teya cannot process refunds directly.
