This guide explains how to integrate your CES Touch POS system with a Teya card machine using the Poslink interface.
Before You Begin
Ensure the following prerequisites are in place before starting setup:
CES Touch version 11.0.002 or higher (Version 11.0.012 is recommended for optimal stability)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later installed
Operating System: Windows 7 or higher (Windows XP is not supported)
Teya card machine is activated and connected to the internet
Chip & Pin module is licensed and enabled on CES Touch
Microsoft WebView2 Runtime is installed (Required for displaying the Teya login interface)

Enable Teya Integration in CES Touch
Open CES Touch Back Office;
Navigate to Settings;
Search for Chip & Pin settings;
Set the Chip & Pin Reader Type to
TEYA;Under Tender Settings, assign the card payment method used for Teya transactions.
Log In to Your Teya Account
Click the TEYA Configuration button (appears after selecting
TEYAas the reader type);If prompted, log in using your Teya ID;
Click Get Store Name to retrieve the list of stores linked to your Teya account;
Select the appropriate store from the dropdown menu;
Enter the Terminal ID (TID) manually, or leave it blank to select the card machine during the transaction.
Finding the Card Machine ID
On your Teya card machine, tap the Menu icon. Scroll to the final section to find the ID, labelled as TID or Terminal Info.
Enable Integration Mode on the Card Machine
On your Teya card machine, tap the Menu icon;
Navigate to POS Integration;
Toggle Integration Mode to Enable;
This enables the card machine to receive payment instructions from CES Touch.
Perform a Test Transaction
In CES Touch, complete a sale using the Chip & Pin tender method.
The payment amount will be sent automatically to the connected Teya card machine. Finalise the payment on the card machine;
If approved, the sale will be completed in CES Touch. If declined, follow the on-screen prompts to retry or cancel.
Processing Refunds
In CES Touch, open the TEYATRANS screen;
Locate the original transaction and click View Transaction;
Press Refund, confirm the action, and choose a refund reason. The refund will be processed directly to the customer’s card.
