How to Pair Your Teya Terminal with StrataPOS

Before You Start

Ensure the following requirements are in place:

• StrataPos version 1.21.3 or later;

• Your Teya ID;

• The Teya card machine is set to Pay at Counter mode.

Connect Your Teya Account

1. On your StrataPos, open the System Menu;

2. Select Credit Card Integration;

3. Choose Integrated Mode;

4. Confirm the last four digits of your store admin code;

5. From the Payment Provider dropdown, select Teya;

6. Click Register Payment Provider;

7. Authenticate when prompted in your browser. The POS will proceed once authentication is confirmed.

Select Your Store & Card Machine

1. After authentication, select a store from the dropdown list;

2. Choose the card machine you wish to pair.

Take a Payment

1. On StrataPos, select Credit Card;

2. Click Take Payment, and the transaction amount will automatically be sent to the Teya card machine;

3. Complete the payment on the card machine.

Refund a Payment

1. On StrataPos, open the Side Menu;

2. Select Refund;

3. Locate the original transaction from the list, or scan the barcode on the receipt;

4. Click Refund Payment;

5. Choose Credit Card, then press Refund to process.
