Adding team members to Tap to Pay

You can allow your employees to accept payments on their own devices by adding them as team members in the Teya app.

Steps to add a team member:

  1. Open the Teya app and go to Settings.

  2. Select Team and permissions.

  3. Tap Add new member.

  4. Enter the employee’s email address.

  5. Set Cashier role

  6. Tap Send invite.

What happens next

  • The employee will receive an invitation to download the Teya app.

  • Once they sign in, they’ll be able to start accepting payments on their own device immediately.
