Access to Teya Online Payments

  • Updated

Teya Online Payments enables merchants who use our Terminals or Tap for in-store payments to also start selling online, quickly and easily.

If you want to connect your WooCommerce or Shopify store to Teya Online Payments, you’ll need to add the Online Payments subscription. This guide explains the steps to get started.

Already using Teya for in-store payments?

If you already have a Teya Terminal, Teya Tap, or other in-store payments setup, you can also use Online Payments. To meet compliance and security requirements, e-commerce and Terminal services must be managed in separate stores.

We’ll create this additional store for you at no extra cost.

How to add it:

  1. Contact our support team through chat and request Online Payments.

  2. A new e-commerce store will be created under your existing account.

  3. Provide the verification details requested by our team.

  4. Once registration is complete, you’ll be ready to accept online transactions.

Adding Online Payments to your store

When you add the Online Payments subscription, you’ll gain access to:

  • Shopify & WooCommerce integrations – connect your webstore directly to Teya.

  • Pay by Link – create secure payment links from the app, portal, or terminal.

  • Hosted Checkout – offer customers a secure cardholder payment page.

  • Transaction & refund tracking – view and manage all activity from the Teya App.
