Customers are redirected to teya.com for payment, where Teya manages all sensitive data, authentication, and processing. Once the payment is complete, they are sent back to your store’s success page.

You save time and cost by avoiding complex technical and regulatory work, while still offering a premium checkout experience. All payments are visible both in the Teya Business App and your store’s dashboard.
How does the checkout flow work?
Here’s how it works, step by step:
Customer builds their basket on your online store
On the checkout page, Teya collects card details, runs 3D Secure authentication, and authorises the payment.
The customer sees a confirmation message and is redirected back to your success page.
What is 3D Secure (3DS)?
3DS is an added security layer required for online payments. It is managed by the customer’s issuing bank and helps prevent fraud.
In some cases, the bank will ask the customer to confirm the payment in their mobile app or via SMS, while in other cases, the authentication is seamless and automatic.
Can I customise my Hosted Checkout?
You can configure how the checkout looks and feels:
Show basket contents such as items, amounts, and store name.
Choose which cardholder details to collect (e.g., name, email, phone).
Decide whether to show the Teya confirmation screen or redirect customers straight back to your site.
