What happens if a payment fails?
If a customer’s payment is not approved, they remain on the Hosted Checkout page. From here, they can try again using the same card or a different one.
Customers can also return to your store at any time. You don’t need to worry about handling error messages yourself — Teya presents them clearly and securely on the checkout page.
How do I process refunds?
Refunds can be managed directly from your Shopify or WooCommerce admin panel. Alternatively, you can issue refunds through the Teya App.
How do I track payment status?
All transactions are automatically updated in both your store’s dashboard and the Teya App. If you’re using plugins, webhook integration is already built in to provide real-time status updates.
