Need an extra terminal to handle more sales or keep your business running smoothly? You can easily request additional terminals linked to your existing Teya account. This guide explains how to make your request, review pricing, complete payment, and track your delivery.
1. How to request
If your business needs one or more extra terminals, our team can arrange this quickly.
To request an additional terminal:
Contact Customer Support through your usual support channels or use the live chat option at the bottom right of your screen.
Our team will confirm your details and send you a secure payment link to complete your order.
2. Pricing

To check the cost of an additional terminal:
Select Start membership plan to see the current terminal price.
The listed price is a one-time payment covering three years of terminal rental, starting from the date confirmed in your email or from the delivery date of your terminal.

3. Payment and delivery timelines
Once you confirm your order, our Customer Support team will send you a payment link. After payment is received, we will dispatch your terminal.
Estimated delivery times:
Before 3:00 PM (business day): Delivered the next business day
After 3:00 PM (business day): Delivered within two business days
After 3:00 PM on Friday: Processed and dispatched on Tuesday
Delivery times apply to standard Business Days and may vary during Bank Holidays.
4. Delivery and tracking
We deliver terminals through DPD (dpd.co.uk) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your terminal has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS from DPD with your tracking number. From there, you can:
Update your delivery address
Reschedule your delivery date
