Getting started with Loyverse and Teya

Loyverse is a point-of-sale (POS) system that helps you manage sales, inventory, and customers from a tablet or smartphone. When connected with Teya, you can accept card payments quickly and track all your sales and Settlements in one place.

This guide explains how Loyverse and Teya work together and how to connect your Teya Card Machine to your Loyverse POS app.

 

What is Loyverse?

Loyverse is a cloud-based POS app designed for small and medium businesses. It helps you:

  • Record in-person sales easily

  • Manage products and inventory in real time

  • Track employee performance and sales trends

  • Build customer loyalty through discounts and rewards

Loyverse runs on Android and iOS devices and can be used on its own or integrated with payment providers like Teya.

 

How Loyverse and Teya work together

When you connect Loyverse with Teya, your POS and Card Machine communicate directly. This means:

  • Payments are processed automatically — no need to enter amounts manually.

  • Sales data stays accurate — every Payment is linked to the correct sale.

  • Settlements are seamless — funds from your sales are settled to your Teya Business Account / disered bank account as usual.

This integration helps you save time, reduce input errors, and see your business performance clearly in one place.

 

How to connect Loyverse with Teya

Follow these steps to connect your Loyverse POS with your Teya Card Machine.

1. Prepare your devices

  • Make sure your Loyverse POS app is installed and updated to the latest version.

  • Ensure your Teya Card Machine is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

  • Keep both devices close to each other during setup.

Important: For the integration to work, your Teya and Loyverse accounts must use the same login email address.

2. Enable integrated payments in Loyverse

  1. Open the Loyverse POS app.

  2. Go to Settings and select Payment Types.

  3. Choose Add Payment Type.

  4. From the list, select Teya (or “Teya Payments”).

3. Pair your Teya Card Machine

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device.

  2. Loyverse will search for nearby Teya Card Machines.

  3. Select your device when it appears.

  4. Confirm the connection on both devices.

Once paired, your Card Machine will automatically receive payment details from the POS when a sale is completed.

 

Making a Payment

When you process a sale in Loyverse:

  1. Add items to the ticket.

  2. Tap Charge and select Teya as the payment method.

  3. The amount will appear automatically on your Teya Card Machine.

  4. Your customer taps or inserts their card to pay.

  5. The receipt is printed or sent digitally through Loyverse.

 

Viewing your sales and Settlements

All Payments processed through Teya appear in your Loyverse sales reports and in your Teya Account.

  • You can review sales performance in Loyverse for daily operations.

  • You can check Settlement amounts and dates in your Teya dashboard.

This gives you a clear overview of your business performance across both systems.

 

Troubleshooting connection issues

If Loyverse and your Teya Card Machine stop communicating:

  • Check both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.

  • Restart both devices.

  • Reopen the Loyverse POS app and try pairing again.

  • If the issue continues, review your integration settings in Loyverse or contact Customer Support.

Tip: Keep your POS and Teya apps updated to the latest versions to ensure a smooth and secure connection.
