Bills are not printed, but their copies and test prints are ok and the printer status in the application in the devices section is online?

You most likely have "Digital Print" set. In the window when the payment is finished, please check and, if necessary, change the following:

If you have digital printing set up, click in this field and simply change to a Bill.
