You can also find the Report a bug option in the Help Center if you suspect an application error. After selecting it, the application will ask you for your phone number and give you space to describe the error. As soon as you click on OK, the tablet will send us a report of data from the application (log), from which we can read what the problem might be. We will contact you as soon as possible on the entered number and inform you about a suitable solution.
