Teya Business is a free app that allows you to view your sales, track activity, and manage your business all from one place, whether you’re at home or on the go.

How do I get started with Teya Business app?

It’s easy to get set up:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Log in with your Teya ID (you'll need to verify your email when you first log in).

3. ​Now you’re ready to manage your business from your phone.

What can I do in the Teya Business app?

On the bottom of the home screen, visit the Settings tab to:

  • ​Manage your business and store information.​

  • View your Teya invoices.​

  • ​Define employee roles and add team members.​

  • ​Get help and access live chat.​

Via the Sales tab you can:

  • Review your sales and refunds for a specific period (e.g. the last seven days, four weeks, or six months) via Overview.

  • Download reports for recent transactions.

  • View settlements and past invoices.

How can I edit my account, user accesses, and business information?​​

To edit your account name:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Press Edit.

  4. After editing the name, press Save.

To edit your business information (VAT and address):

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Business information.

  3. Press Edit to change either your VAT or company address.

  4. After making the change(s), press Save.

To edit your store information:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Business information.

  3. Scroll down and select the store you want to update.

  4. Press Edit to change the name, address, email address, or phone number.

  5. After making the change(s), press Save.

To download Teya invoices:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Invoices.

  3. Filter by date.

  4. View or download the invoice you want.

How can I view transactions and their status?

  1. Go to Sales.

  2. Select Transactions to bring up all transaction histories.

  3. To find a specific transaction, you can:

    1. Use the calendar to adjust the date range.

    2. Search using the last four digits of the payment card.

  4. Select the specific transaction to see the payment details, payment method, breakdown, history, and more.

  5. To remove the date filter, press the X displayed in the black box next to the filter field.

  6. You can also download transactions from a selected date range.

How can I download my transactions?

  1. Go to Sales.

  2. Select Transactions.

  3. To find a specific transaction, you can:

    1. Use the calendar to adjust the date range.

    2. Search using the last four digits of the payment card.

  4. Press the download symbol to export a CSV file.

How can I view details of my settlements?

  1. Go to Sales.

  2. Select Settlements.

  3. The screen will show you a list of your daily settlements, including which are paid, postponed, or processing.

  4. Select a settlement from the list to view more details.

  5. Or, select Overview for the following details:

    1. Settlement ID

    2. Date created

    3. Date paid

    4. Date range

  6. You can also view transactions settled on a specific day and their breakdown by:

    1. Initial balance

    2. Net sales

    3. Deductions

    4. Settled amount

Unfortunately you can't update your bank account information in the app. If you need to change your bank account details, please contact our customer support.

Currently, the Teya Business app is available in the UK, Croatia, Hungary and Iceland. New markets are coming soon!
