Business Portal

The Business Portal is a web-based platform that allows you to manage your accounts, transactions and settlements.

The Portal is designed for merchants who use Teya payment solutions to accept card payments and does not include additional fees.

Accessing the Business Portal

You can access the Business Portal through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Simply visit the Business Portal or our website and log in to your account to access the Portal.

Setting up multiple user accounts

You can create multiple user accounts for your business in the Business Portal, each with its login credentials.

  1. Log in to the Business Portal
  2. Locate the ⚙️ Settings section
  3. Select the Team tab
  4. Click on the + Add Member button.

You can view and update the list of user accounts that have access to your business in the Portal.

Updating business account information

  1. Log in to the Business Portal
  2. Locate the ⚙️ Settings section
  3. Select the Company tab to update company information
  4. Select the Store tab to update the store information 

Updating your user account information

  1. Log in to the Business Portal
  2. Locate the User Account Settings section from the avatar menu
  3. View and update your username, email address, or password

Transaction history in the Business Portal

Transaction data is updated in real-time, so you can see your most up-to-date transaction history and details. To view your transaction history:

  1. Log in to the Business Portal
  2. Locate the Transactions section
  3. Filter 🔍 transactions
