Can you give an example of user authentication using the POSLink use case?

Updated

Let's say you're a merchant using an ePOS application that supports the call-back URL flow. You want to authenticate your Teya ID with POSLink so you can process payments through Teya. Here are the steps you would take:

  1. Click on the settings page within your ePOS application

  2. Select "Integrate with Teya" to begin the authentication process

  3. You'll be redirected to the Teya ID screen where you'll enter your login credentials

  4. After submitting your Teya ID credentials, you'll be redirected back to your ePOS application

  5. Your Teya ID is now authenticated with POSLink and you can start processing payments.

For applications that don't support the call-back URL flow, the authentication process is a bit different. Here are the steps you would take:

  1. Click on the settings page within your ePOS application

  2. Select "Connect with Teya" to begin the authentication process

  3. Your ePOS application will display a QR code or URL

  4. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code or access the URL

  5. Enter your Teya ID credentials on your mobile device

  6. Enter the code displayed on your ePOS screen (e.g. 1234)

  7. Click on submit and your Teya ID is now authenticated with POSLink.
