Finding your account details

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Teya Business app and go to Business Account.

2. Go to the Info & docs tab.

3. Under Account details you’ll find your sort code, account number, and company name.

Accessing and downloading your monthly statements

Statements will only appear on the app at the end of each month. You can download your monthly statements onto your phone, desktop, or to share via WhatsApp, email, etc.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Teya Business app and go to Business Account.

2. Go to the Info & docs tab.

3. Select Statements.

4. You can filter your statements by year using the filter box in the top right.

5. Tap the download icon next to the relevant statement.

Managing your linked accounts

Here you’ll be able to view and manage any integrations with third party apps that you’ve given access to.
