What is a negative balance?

A negative balance occurs when your total deductions from fees, chargebacks, or refunds exceed the total amount transacted on any given day. When your account has a debit balance there are no funds to be paid and you won't receive a settlement until:

  • Your transactions are higher than your deductions, and

  • You have reached the minimum payment amount equivalent to 15 EUR.

Make sure your transactions consistently exceed your deductions.

How can I clear my negative balance?

You can clear the negative balance by transacting more than your total deductions. This will offset the debt.
