What are settlement reports?

Settlement reports are a free tool designed to help you seamlessly manage your daily and monthly operations. These reports show your business transactions, like earnings and deductions, for each settlement cycle.

When will I receive my report?

Your daily settlement report will be sent to you every business day, until 1 pm UTC. This means that on Monday, your settlement report will detail all transactions from the weekend (Friday to Sunday).

Where can I access it?

Reports are sent to the company's email registered during onboarding.

Additionally, a summarized version of the report is available in your Business Portal under the settlements tab.

Is it possible to download my report?

Yes, you can download the report by following these steps:

  1. Access the inbox of the email address you registered.

  2. Find the email with the title “Daily Settlement Report", or search for noreply@teya.com.

  3. Download the attached PDF report.

Currently, downloading the short version from the Business Portal is not available.

Can I have my settlement reports in a different language?

This feature is not supported at the moment.

What information is available in the report?

The monthly report is divided into 8 sections, aiming to provide you with a global view of your business for the day, as follows:

  • Green Header Top Left Corner: Includes your business information, MID, SSN, and bank account details.

  • Green Header Top Right Corner: Displays the day to which the report corresponds, the transaction currency, and your pricing plan.

  • Settlement Amount: The amount you will receive in your business bank account each day after all deductions are made.

  • Settlement Status: Indicates whether the settlement is paid or postponed, along with a short explanation of any postponement.

  • Sales Overview: Provides a breakdown of your total transactions for the day, including:

    • Initial balance (Positive or negative, indicating whether you are in debt)

    • Total sales (Sum of all transactions)

    • Refunds (Amounts deducted from your sales)

    • Fees paid to Teya (Including card scheme and transaction fees)

    • Chargebacks (Section only available if any occurred)

    • Meal card balance (Information only displayed if you have a contract with a meal card provider and indicates a positive or negative balance)

  • Sales: Breaks down your total sales transactions by card scheme.

  • Tips: If activated, display the total amount of tips received during the day.

  • Sales Details: If you have more than one device associated with the MID, provide the breakdown of transaction count, sales and refunds by device.

  • Settlement Details: Displays the value you will receive after fees are deducted.

Monthly settlement reports are generated in the first half of each month and cover transactions from the previous month's settlement cycle.
