We aim to deliver your Card Machine as quickly as possible so you can start taking payments. Deliveries are handled by our courier partner DPD.
Delivery timelines
We aim to deliver your Card Machine within 24 hours of your request. However, in some cases delivery can take up to 48 hours.
- Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from the moment the delivery is requested
- Sundays: We do not make deliveries on Sundays
Please note that this is subject to holidays ans weather conditions
Tracking your delivery
Once your order has been shipped, DPD will send you a dispatch notification via email and SMS. This message includes your tracking link, which you can use to:
- Track your parcel
- Update your preferred delivery time
- Change the delivery address
- Leave specific instructions for the driver
- Reschedule if you missed a delivery attempt
These notifications are usually sent within 2 hours of dispatch and can sometimes land in your spam/junk folder, so please check all your inboxes.
Deliveries and exchanges are carried out by DPD, so any courier delays or issues are outside Teya’s direct control. However, our support team is always available to assist you.
