Request additional terminals

If your business is growing and you need extra Card Machines to handle more sales, you can easily add more devices to your existing Teya account. This article explains how to request additional terminals, how pricing works, and what to expect with payment and delivery.

How to request

If your business needs one or more extra terminals, our team can arrange this quickly.
To request an additional terminal:
  1. Contact Customer Support using your usual support channel or the live chat option at the bottom-right of your screen.
  2. Tell us how many terminals you need and confirm the type/model of terminal you’d like.
  3. Our team will confirm the pricing and send you a secure payment link to complete your order.

Pricing

The cost of an additional terminal depends on which terminal model you choose, based on the pricing shown on our website.
  • If you’re choosing a different type of terminal, the price will follow the current website price for that model.
  • If you already pay a rental fee for your existing terminal and you’re adding the same model, the rental price for the new terminal will be the same as your existing one.

Payment and delivery timelines

Once you confirm your order, our Customer Support team will send you a secure payment link. After your payment is received, we’ll dispatch your terminal.
Estimated delivery times:
  • Before 3:00 pm (business day): Delivered next business day
  • After 3:00 pm (business day): Delivered within two business days
  • After 3:00 pm on Friday: Processed and dispatched on Tuesday

Delivery and tracking

We deliver terminals through DPD.Once your terminal has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS from DPD with your tracking number. From there, you can:
  • Track your delivery
  • Update your delivery address
  • Reschedule your delivery date or time

Deliveries and exchanges are carried out by DPD, so any courier delays or issues are outside Teya’s direct control. However, our support team is always available to assist you.
