Use Pay by Link on your Card Machine, Teya Business Portal, or Teya App to track the status of payment links you’ve sent to customers.
Card Machine
- On your terminal, open the Menu.
- Select Pay by Link
- Use the available filters (such as date, amount, or status) to locate the payment link.
- Select the transaction to view its status and details directly on the terminal screen.
Teya App
- Open the Teya App on your device.
- Go to the Home page or go to the Sales page and click Sales.
- Select Transactions.
- Use the search bar or filters (such as date, amount, status, or type) to find the transaction.
- Tap on a transaction to view its full details and status.
Business Portal
- Log in to your Teya Business Portal.
- On the Home screen, click on Transactions.
- Select Pay by Link.
- Use the search bar or filters (such as date, amount, status, or type) to find the transaction you need.
- Click on a specific transaction to see its full details and status.
Pay by Link transaction statuses
Below is an overview of each Pay by Link status and what it means for your payment.
| Payment Approved | The customer successfully completed the payment. The funds will be included in your next scheduled settlement. |
| Payment Link Active | The link has been created and is still valid, but the customer has not used it yet. |
| Payment Link Pending Authorisation | The customer opened the link but did not complete the final security check (3D Secure), so the transaction is not completed. You may need to send a new link if they do not finish this step. |
| Payment Link Expired | The customer did not pay before the time limit ran out. The link is no longer valid and a new payment link is required. |
