Your B-Online Account


B-Online is our user portal for customers that joined Teya prior to April 2023. It allows you to easily manage your business, view your transaction history and settlement reports, and carry out full and partial refunds.

Users can:

  • View batches, transactions, and settlements by specific dates and/or periods of time.

  • Process refunds and see outstanding due settlements.

  • Check your e-commerce transactions in real-time.

  • Create payment links and see all the active payments made via that link.

Registering for B-Online

Upon signing up with us and successfully completing onboarding, you’ll receive an invitation email with your B-Online login credentials.

Note: if you haven't received an email with your login details, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support team.

  1. Locate the B-Online email sent to your registered email address.

  2. The email will contain your username and a one-time password, as well as a link for registration.

  3. Click on the link.

  4. When logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to choose a new password.

  5. Follow the steps on the screen, confirm your new password, and log in to B-Online.

Note: your new password must contain at least:

  • Eight characters.

  • One capital letter.

  • One number.

Important: for security reasons, you must renew your password every 90 days. After 90 days, you’ll be prompted to choose a new password during your login. Your new password can’t be the same as the five most recent passwords you’ve used.


Logging in to B-Online

To log in to B-Online, you need to use your username and your password.

  1. Open the B-Online login page and insert your username and password.

  2. Click on the Log in button.

  3. You should now be able to browse your B-Online account.

Changing the password to B-Online

You can easily change the password for your B-Online account.

  1. Log in to your B-Online account.

  2. Go to Settings in the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Choose User Settings > Change your Settings.

  4. Select the Change Password tab.

  5. Insert your current password in the Password field, and your new password in the New Password field.

  6. To confirm, add the new password in the last row and click Change Password.

Helpful tip: you can also change your password by choosing Forgotten password during login.

Forgotten password or locked out of B-Online

If you've forgotten your B-Online password, you can easily change it during your login.

  1. Click on Forgot password and follow the instructions on the screen.

  2. You'll be asked to enter your email address or your username. Click Submit.

  3. Check your inbox. You should receive an email that contains a link for resetting the password.

Note: if you can't find the email in your main inbox, please make sure to check the spam folder.

Important: for security reasons, the link is only valid for 15 minutes. When the time runs out, the link will expire, and you'll have to start the process from the beginning by clicking on Forgot password.

4. Open the email with the password reset link, click on the link, and Create a new password. You must use at least eight characters, with one capital letter and one number.

5. After submitting and confirming the new password, you’ll be able to access your B-Online account.

Important: you’ll be locked out of your account after three failed login attempts. You can regain access after 30 minutes. If you’re not sure what your B-Online password is, you can reset it. Just follow the steps above.


Adding and removing users in B-Online

It’s also possible to create user accounts for the members of your team.

Adding users to B-Online:

  1. Log in to your B-Online account.

  2. Go to Settings > User configuration > Create new user.

  3. Add all the required information for your new user and click on Create user. If you don't know the ID number, you can simply put a sequence of 10 zeros, i.e. 0000000000.

Important: all business administrators have access to user configuration on B-Online. If you don’t have the option available on your portal and you’re the administrator of your business, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance.

Removing users from B-Online:

  1. Log in to your B-Online account.

  2. Select Settings > User configuration > Users in the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select the user you wish to remove.

  4. Under Change user information, complete the required info and click Inactive to remove them from your B-Online account.

  5. Finally, select Update user information to confirm all changes and remove the user.
