Your business reporting in B-Online

The B-Online portal offers full visibility of your transactions, settlements, and daily and monthly settlement reports.

Transactions overview in B-Online

  1. Log in to B-Online.

  2. In the menu on the left-hand side, go to Card Transactions > Transactions.

  3. This will open a tab with five different search options.

Each tab represents a different search option. You can search transactions by:

  • A specific batch.

  • A specific settlement.

  • The date of the transaction.

  • A certain period.

  • Acquirer Reference Number (ARN).

Note: ARN is an individual code for all credit and debit card transactions, and it's used by all acquirers and banks to identify a specific transaction and locate exactly where the funds are being held.

4. If you'd like to see transactions under a specific date, start by clicking on Search by date.

5. Then, select the merchant ID in the drop-down menu. This is important if you have more than one outlet.

6. Proceed and select the Date. Then press Search.

7. Finally, you have an overview of all successful transactions for that specific date. You can see the amount, card type, and credit card number.

If you'd like to download the information about your transactions, you can choose between different options in the upper right corner. For the best results, we recommend downloading the information in Excel format.

Helpful tip: if you'd like to check transactions for a longer period, select Search by period instead of Search by date in the search bar.

​Settlements overview in B-Online

  1. Log in to B-Online.

  2. In the menu on the left-hand side, go to Card Transactions > Settlements.

  3. This will open a tab with four different search options.

You can search settlements by:

  • A settlement month.

  • A settlement date.

  • The merchant ID.

  • A certain period.

4. If you'd like to see a settlement for a certain date, choose Search by settlement date.

5. Select the Settlement date, the Merchant ID, and click Load.

6. This will produce an overview of the settlement amount for that specific date, the deducted fees, and the payment status. Click the green circle with the white arrow to download the information.

Note: you can repeat the same steps if you'd rather see settlements for the whole month. This time, simply choose Search by settlement month.

Daily settlement reports in B-Online

Your daily settlement report is generated and sent to your registered email address with each settlement, i.e. every business day, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

The reports are also available in the B-Online portal. You can download them any time using your B-Online account.

Downloading the daily settlement report in B-Online:

  1. Log in to B-Online.

  2. In the menu on the left-hand side, go to Card Transactions > Settlements.

  3. To access your daily settlements, click on Search by settlement date.

  4. Select the Merchant ID and specific date that you want to display the settlement for.

5. Select Load and the specific settlement will show.

6. To download the daily settlement report, simply click on the green symbol with a white arrow on the right-hand side.

Important: to opt out of receiving reports to your registered email address, contact our Customer Support.

Monthly settlement reports in B-Online

Your monthly settlement report is generated and sent to your registered email address in the first half of the month for the previous month. For example, a report for January would be generated by 15th February.

The monthly reports are also available in the B-Online portal. You can download them any time using your B-Online account. Please note that this only applies to monthly reports generated after September 2021.

Downloading the monthly settlement report in B-Online:

  1. Log in to B-Online.

  2. In the menu on the left-hand side, go to Card Transactions > Settlements.

  3. To access your monthly settlements, click on Search by settlement month.

  4. Select the relevant Settlement month and Merchant ID, and confirm by clicking on Monthly Report.

5. To download the daily settlement report, simply click on the green symbol with a white arrow on the right-hand side.

Helpful tip: you can only download the monthly report after it's been generated in the system. Should you need the monthly overview of settlements before the report has been generated, select Load instead of Monthly report in step four. You can then download the overview in Excel.
