Printing and reprinting of receipt

Updated

With your Teya terminal, you can print or reprint merchant or customer receipts, as well as a summary of the day or shift. In order to print, the terminal has to have more than 10% of the battery left. If the device battery is lower than that, you must charge the device and try again. The terminal also requires enough paper to be able to print.

Note – if you'd like to replace the paper roll or need the exact dimensions, please follow this link. If you'd like to learn more about checking the battery status and charging the battery, click here.
