You’re in control of which emails you receive from Teya and how often you receive them. You can update your preferences at any time in the Teya App or the Teya Business Portal.
What can I manage?
Settlement reports: enable or disable daily and monthly reports; manage recipients
Chargeback notifications: add or update dispute alert recipients
Managing preferences
Settlement report emails
Use this if you want to receive (or stop receiving) daily or monthly settlement emails.
- Open the Teya App.
- Tap Explore (bottom right).
- Tap Settlement & Accounts.

Tap Configure Reports.

Under Settlement reports, use the switches to turn Daily or Monthly emails on or off.
Change who receives the reports
- In the same screen, find Who is going to receive this?
- Add, remove or edit email addresses for the recipients.
Chargeback notification emails
Use this to decide who gets notified when there is a chargeback (dispute).
- Open the Teya App.
- Tap Explore.
- Tap Settlement & Accounts.
- Tap Configure Reports.
- Scroll to the Chargeback section.
- Tap + Add email.
- Enter the email address you want to receive chargeback notifications and save.
Use the Portal if you prefer to manage your report emails from a computer.

- Log in to the Teya Business Portal.
- Go to the Settlements section.
- Use the switches to turn Daily and Monthly settlement emails on or off.
- Add or edit the email addresses for recipients in the same section.
