You’re in control of which emails you receive from Teya and how often you receive them. You can update your preferences at any time in the Teya App or the Teya Business Portal.
What can I manage?
- Settlement reports: enable or disable daily and monthly reports; manage recipients.
- Chargeback notifications: add or update dispute alert recipients.
Managing preferences
Settlement report emails
Use this if you want to receive (or stop receiving) daily or monthly settlement emails.
- Open the Teya App and tap your business name at the top of the screen to open the Side Menu.
- Tap Stores and click on the relevant store/s.
- Tap Settlements at the top of the screen.
- Under Reports, use the toggles to turn daily or monthly email reports on or off.
Change who receives the reports
In the same screen, click on Report recipients:
- Click on the Add recipient symbol on the top right corner.
- Add the email addresses for the recipient/s.
Chargeback notification emails
Use this to decide who gets notified when there is a chargeback (dispute).
- Open the Teya App and tap your business name at the top of the screen to open the Side Menu.
- Tap Stores and click on the relevant store/s.
- Tap Notifications at the top of the screen.
- Click on Chargeback.
- Add the email addresses for the recipient/s.
Settlement report emails
- Open the Business Portal and log in with your credentials.
- In the left sidebar, select Stores under Settings.
- Click on the relevant store/s.
- Select Settlements at the top of the screen.
- Under Reports, use the toggles to turn daily or monthly email reports on or off.
Chargeback notification
- Open the Business Portal and log in with your credentials.
- In the left sidebar, select Stores under Settings.
- Click on the relevant store/s.
- Select Notifications.
- Click on Chargeback.
- Add the email addresses for the recipient/s.
