You can access official documents to verify your Teya Business Account details or review your financial history directly in the Teya App. Use the steps below to download monthly statements, export transaction activity, or request a verification letter.

Download monthly statements
Your monthly statements act as official proof of your account. New statements become available in the app at the start of every month, showing activity from the previous month.
On the Teya App
- Open the Teya App and go to Explore.
- Select Statements and Billing.
- Tap Statements.
- Find the relevant month and tap the download icon.
- Save the file to your device or share it via email or WhatsApp.
On the Business Portal
- Log in to the Business Portal at business.teya.com.
- Click on Account in the main navigation.
- Select Statements in the top right corner.
- Find the relevant month in the list and click Download.
Export account activity
You can generate a spreadsheet of your account activity for a custom date range.
On the Teya app
- Open the Teya App and go to the Account section.
- Tap the Download button located next to the filter icon.
- Select the time period you wish to view.
- Choose your file format (XLSX or CSV).
- Confirm to download or share your data.
On the Business Portal
- Log in to the Business Portal at business.teya.com.
- Click on Account in the main navigation.
- Locate the Activity section and click the Export button next to it.
- Select the time period you wish to view.
- Choose your file format (XLSX or CSV).
- Confirm to download or share your data.
Request an Account Opening Letter
Some third parties may require a dedicated Account Opening Letter as proof of your account. If a monthly statement is not sufficient, our support team can issue this document. Please contact us and we will assist with your request.
