You can access official documents to verify your Teya Business Account details or review your financial history directly in the Teya App. Use the steps below to download monthly statements, export transaction activity, or request a verification letter.

Download monthly statements
Your monthly statements act as official proof of your account. New statements become available in the app at the start of every month, showing activity from the previous month.
On the Teya App
- Open the Teya App and tap your business name at the top of the screen to open Side Menu.
- Select Statements and Billing.
- You will land on the Statements tab.
- Find the relevant month and tap the download icon.
- Save the file to your device or share it.
On the Business Portal
- Log in to the Business Portal.
- Select Financial documents in the left sidebar, under Settings.
- Find the relevant month and tap the download icon.
- Find the relevant month in the list and click Download.
Export account activity
You can generate a spreadsheet of your account activity for a custom date range.
On the Teya app
- Open the Teya App and tap Money in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Activity at the top of the screen.
- Tap the three-dot icon at the top of the screen (⋯), then select Export activity.
- You will land on the New Export section. From here, you can also select the Past exports tab to view a previous report.
- Select the time period you wish to view.
- Choose your file format (XLSX or CSV).
- Confirm to download or share your data.
On the Business Portal
- Log in to the Business Portal.
- Under Money in the left sidebar, select Activity.
- Click the Export button at the top of the screen.
- Select the time period you wish to view.
- Choose your file format (XLSX or CSV). You can also customise the report by selecting the filters and columns you want to include, such as status, source, or amount.
- Confirm to download or share your data.
Request an Account Opening Letter
Some third parties may require a dedicated Account Opening Letter as proof of your account. If a monthly statement is not sufficient, our support team can issue this document. Please contact us and we will assist with your request.
