How to refund Teya transactions in Shopify

With the new Shopify plugin update for Teya, it is now possible to issue refunds for online transactions directly from the Shopify platform.

Shopify is on September 2, 2022.deactivirao stari Borgun Shopify plugin. If you are using an old plugin, you need to update it to the new one in order to accept payments.

How to refund Teya transactions in Shopify?

Open the order and click on "Refund".

Choose:

  • the product for which you want to make a return and the quantity (1)

  • check the box "Restock item" (if you want to restock the item in your store)

  • describe the reason for the return (2)

  • double check the amount (3)

  • check the box "Send a notification to the customer" if you want to send a notification to the customer (4)

  • in the final step, select "Refund" (5)

The order status will be updated to "Refunded".
