At Storyous, we offer terminals from either Teya, ČSOB or Global payments. Both companies support all local cards, including meal vouchers, as well as most foreign cards. The differences between the individual terminals are mainly in their subsequent use.

The first decision criterion can be an automatic link to Storyous. This option is offered by the integrated terminals. These are especially suitable for businesses where most guests pay directly at the bar. If you want to use the terminal directly at the table or in the garden, for example, it is better to choose a non-integrated terminal. In other words, the one in which you enter the amount manually.

The second criterion is the fees for individual transactions. Learn more about them below.

TERMINÁL OD TEYA

The company supports all local cards. Teya focuses only on payment terminals, not payment gateways. Terminals do not accept multi currency, in other words - you can only pay on one currency.

Storyous customers have free integration with the Teya terminal. If the customer rents the terminal, the amount of the monthly fee depends on the amount of turnover, if you are interested in finding out the amount of the fee for your company, call 226 292 816.

TERMINAL FROM GLOBAL PAYMENTS

Integrated terminál S920

At first glance, the terminal is very modern and offers interconnection in the same way as the terminal from ČSOB. Connecting a payment terminal with the Storyous POS application saves your time and enables more accurate control of completed transactions. The integrated terminal can communicate directly with the Storyous system via a Wi-Fi network, which ensures fast and reliable data transmission.

When making a card payment in the Storyous POS application, the amount to be paid is automatically written to the terminal display, thus reducing the risk of errors compared to manual entry.

ČSOB TERMINALS

Integrated Wi-fi terminál GAPA

Connecting a payment terminal with the Storyous POS application saves your time and enables more accurate control of completed transactions. The integrated terminal can communicate directly with the Storyous system via a Wi-Fi network, which ensures fast and reliable data transmission.

When making a card payment in the Storyous POS application, the amount to be paid is automatically written to the terminal display, thus reducing the risk of errors compared to manual entry. Compared to a small integrated terminal, battery life is significantly increased, the terminal can be more easily charged using a docking station and is also not limited by the Bluetooth range.

The terminal accepts credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club and Discover) or electronic meal vouchers (Sodexo and Edenred). It supports payments with contactless technologies, contact chip and magnetic stripe.

The confirmation of payment is printed on the thermal sensitive disc directly from the terminal. The discs are available from us, their size is 57x40mm.

Non-integrated SIM/Wi-fi terminal

It is a classic terminal located in the power dock, from which it can be removed and transported. Data transfer is provided by an inserted Vodafone SIM card with 250MB of data, which is sufficient for the monthly operation of the terminal or Wi-Fi.

Unlike integrated terminals, the payment is completed directly on the backlit display of the terminal and is thus not connected directly to the Storyous application.

The terminal accepts credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club and Discover) or electronic meal vouchers (Sodexo and Edenred). It enables payments of contactless technologies, contact chip, and magnetic stripe.

The terminal includes a docking station for easy charging. The confirmation of payment is printed on the thermal sensitive disc directly from the terminal. The discs are available directly from us, their size is 57x40mm.

Integrated LAN terminal

The payment terminal is firmly connected and cannot be manipulated. It offers a stable connection via LAN cable. The terminal is also integrated. As in the case of the GAPA terminal, when entering a card payment, the amount to be paid is written directly to the terminal's display.

Small integrated terminal Ingenico ICM122

The device is light, mobile, and connected to the tablet via Bluetooth technology. As in the case of the GAPA terminal, when entering a card payment, the amount to be paid is written directly to the terminal's display. The terminal accepts credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, and Discover) or electronic meal vouchers (Sodexo and Edenred). It enables payments by contactless technology, contact chip, and magnetic stripe.

It lasts up to 6 hours per charge (depending on the number of transactions) and the terminal is fully charged in approximately 3 hours.

The terminal can be paired with multiple tablets in the company, but it can only process a request from one tablet at a time (when a payment entered from tablet 1 is in progress on the terminal, you cannot send a payment request from tablet 2 to it).
